The NYDA played a pivotal role in empowering participants of the Youth Entrepreneurship Programme through specialised masterclasses designed to equip young entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, business development skills, and growth strategies. The Youth Entrepreneurship Programme, a collaborative initiative between the Department of Small Business Development (DSBD) and SEDFA, was revitalised to support youth-owned businesses through a combination of financial and non-financial interventions, including business development services, skills development, and mentorship. As part of the activation training sessions, Africa Beyond 4IR NPC (AB4IR) proudly contributed to the programme by facilitating the following digital skills training programmes: • Application Development (Web-Based Development) • Content Creation and the Creator Economy: Practical Monetization Strategies. • Coding, Robotics and Emerging Technologies: Interactive Beginner Workshops. Through these interventions, participants gained valuable digital and entrepreneurial skills to enhance innovation, strengthen their businesses, and unlock opportunities within the digital economy.
